Cancellation Policy

To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all clients, we have the following cancellation policy in place: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your appointment – No cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment time – A fee of 25% of the scheduled service price will be charged. No-shows (failure to cancel and not showing up for an appointment) – May result in being required to prepay for future appointments. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will review certain circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
